MR. SARAL YANGTRAKUL

Saral began his career in the coffee industry at the age of 18 as a part-time employee. Driven by a strong passion for latte art, he dedicated himself to continuous practice and developed a deep interest in the wider world of coffee. He later advanced his expertise through professional training and competitions in latte art, espresso, and cupping, accumulating over 16 years of industry experience.

He has worked with a leading beverage company in Thailand, where he strengthened his knowledge across the entire coffee value chain, from cultivation to beverage creation. Saral subsequently took on the role of Coffee Specialist and Trainer for a renowned coffee brand, delivering more than 1,000 training sessions and providing consultancy services to over 700 coffee shops, restaurants, and hotels nationwide.

Saral is currently a Coffee Trainer at APBA, where he delivers professional training programs covering coffee fundamentals through to advanced latte art.
